| Today 23rd May 2002 at 12:45 whilst on my way to a business meeting i saw my
first real live in the wild big cat.
In the area that we have been searching for the past couple of years is a
gateway where the animal has been spotted twice before, today whilst driving
past i slowed down as i always do when in the area, and took a nice long
look as a large black cat about 2 feet high to the top of the shoulders took
about 3 or 4 steps towards the end of the gateway (about 18 feet away) then
when i stopped the car and reversed back had disappeared up the bank.
Definately a cat due to the way it was slinking, the animal was in view for around 4 or 5 seconds. |
